Conquered Fears

They say you are ferocious, But truly do they know?
You surely are quite different, But have a gentle glow

Glad we had this moment, To sit and talk awhile
The world it seems so empty, When fear becomes hostile

I think you're quite interesting, So different but yet I see
Your heart is just the same as the one that lives in me

You see we all are special, Each one in their own way
No matter what the difference, Knowledge brings new day

We must look so silly just sitting here this way
Wonder what they're saying, Don't worry it's okay

So glad I got to know you, I'll tell my fellow man
The world can be a better place, Let's make this our life's plan.
